This work shop is new to the practice in 2025!
Steph values the integration of mindfulness practices into daily routines, and sharing different ways to create a mindful practice, even if is just 5 minutes per day.
This work shop, is not a therapy group, it is open to anyone, even if an individual has never engaged in therapy, or has their own mental health counselor. This workshop is a great way to learn a new coping skill, while creating a flower arrangement.
WHY FLOWERS?
Flowers are pretty! Flowers help reduce cortisol levels in our brain, improve mood and wake up our senses!
The goal of the work shop is to learn how to increase mindfulness practice, learn more about mental health and self care, increase self discovery and interpersonal resolution skills.
This is not an “art” class. While guided art classes and workshops are fun, Steph will create an arrangement parallel to everyone. Individuals will not copy Steph, as the goal is self discovery and embracing the present moment. Everyone’s experience will be different.
Work shops will be 1 hour long, in person, and will be offered 1-2x per month. Every flower work shop, will have a new “self care topic”. Please keep a look-out on this website, and Steph’s IG page for dates, or reach out today to register for the next one!
Steph has advanced training in expressive arts therapy and is accepting individuals today, to register for upcoming workshops (class sizes are limited)
